Adamu was a trustworthy politician-Ribadu condoles Adamawa APC over death of its treasurer

The pioneer chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Malam Nuhu Ribadu has expressed deep sympathy to the state chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) over the demise of the treasurer of the party, Alhaji Adamu Muhammad.

Alhaji Adamu Muhammad died at 61 on Sunday at the Federal Medical Center (FMC), Yola, where he was held on admission for some time.

Ribadu who extolled the positive virtues of the deceased said Muhammad is a man of the people, a gentleman to the core, and always down to earth.

He noted that the late treasurer,was a trustworthy politician who could never fritter his trademark integrity on the alter of personal proclivities.

“Malam Adamu was one of the most trustworthy politicians that crossed my path since my sojourn into politics.

” He was a man of the people, a gentleman par excellence and down to earth. He was a disciplined politician and a quite achiever. I admire him for his taciturnity and tact in approaching every challenge he encountered,” Ribadu said.

Ribadu prayed Allah to grant the soul of the late treasurer an eternal rest and gives his family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
