Nat’l is in-charge on our case-Adamawa APC vowes to follow tribunal case against PDP/INEC to the end

In a way to refute story coming from both social and conventional Media that the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa state have withdrawn it earlier petition filed against PDP/ INEC at the tribunal sitting in Yola and handling the 2019 post election matters in the state.

The officials of Adamawa state Chapter of APC under the leadership of Ibrahim Bilal at the Party Secretariat Thursday briefed Journalists that the National office of the party is fully in charged of the case filed to the electoral tribunal.

The Party Chairman in the State,Alhaji Ibrahim Bilal emphasised that nobody or group of person(s) have the right to withdraw the party’s Court case as it’s totally under the decision of the party leadership at the national level.

Ibrahim while briefing the media alongside the party executive said they are on course pursuing the case to it logical end as against what is generally seen in the Media.

“I want to stressed that the case is not being withdrawn,the petition is APC against PDP/INEC and for few individuals or three people of the party to have said to withdraw the case is totally an exercise in futility,we are never in agreement.

” We are on course with the case and never withdraw it for whatever reason until the court decides the right judgement.” Bilal

in his own contribution,the Party Secretary in the state,Mr Wafari Theman added that the entire working committee have gathered to tell the whole world that APC at the national level is in charge over all party’s affairs at the state level.

He reiterated that the party is well structured and operates within it’s constitution bounds to handle matters that concern it from local level even to the state level and individual(s) or group people do not have the Powers to do what is practical impossible on behalf of the party.

Theman revealed that the APC at national level have provided a more competent Lawyer who is going to represents the party at the ongoing tribunal handling all post elections petition matters in the state.

Alhaji Suleiman Adamu,APC Chairman Yola South LGA who voice out and condemned the disloyal act of few amongst them who out of selfish interest have overshot their boundaries by challenging the Powers of the party leadership at the national level is regrettable.

Recall that, Alhaji Naira Saidu,Financial Secretary of the party in Adamawa, Alhaji Aliyu Bakari, Vice Chairman of the party central zone and Alhaji Babangida Talasai, APC Chairman Mayobelwa LGA party early this week have filed a motion to withdraw the petition submitted against PDP and INEC
