Muslims have been called upon to obey Allah and prophet Muhammad peace be upon to him as prescribed in the Holy Qur’an to enable them excel in the hereafter.

An Islamic scholar Modibbo Yusuf Baminda made the call at a closure of his Ramadan Tafsir held in Wuro Dole mosque Yola Town.

He charged Muslims to stand firm on the path of Allah and follow the tradition of the Holy prophet Muhammad.

Modibbo Baminda recalled that the companions of prophet Muhammad always respect and obeyed prophet Muhammad’ s instructions as according to him is what earn them respect and Allah’ s mercy.

The cleric narrated that Allah has created human and jinn only to worship him alone as enshrined in Qur’an,therefore admonished Muslims to double their effort in the services to Allah not only during Ramadan but even after the month as it is not only the Month of worship.

The Islamic scholar appreciated people of Wuro Dole for their corporation during the Tafisir which according to him is capable of the success recorded.

He then reminded them on the need to put in to practice of what they have learn during the Tafsir.

ABC Yola reporter Abubakar Muhammad Adamu who attended the closing of the Tafsir said the lecture is been presented daily by five oclock in the morning.

Prayers were offered for peace unity and wisdom to newly sworn-in leaders to enable them lead effectively.
