PDP elderstateman,Guber Candidates of 11 parties defects to APC in Adamawa

An Elder statesman of People’s Democracy Party (PDP),Sen Paul Wampana have defected to All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa state.

The former Senator who was the north-east Vice chairman of the opposition jettisoned it to support Gov Bindo who is working for the people of Adamawa state.

Wampana announced his defection during an APC stakeholders meeting Tuesday night at the government house banquet Hall in Yola reiterated that his defection is to support President Muhammadu Buhari and Gov Muhammadu Umaru who are working hard in the interest of the masses.

Paul backsides from following PDP a day before campaign flag off of Gov Bindo followed by a set of eleven gubernatorial candidates of various political parties equally abandoned their parties to APC,pledging their support for Bindo to win the March elections.

The defectors who cross carpeted few months to elections were received by the Party National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomole Wednesday at Mahmud Ribadu square, venue of the events.

Adams welcomed the defectors by flags and brooms as a form of induction to the ruling party to clean up mess of their respective parties.

He told the mammoth crowds that President Muhammadu Buhari has brought people oriented policies in terms of development and economy progress in the state.

According to him railway from Kaduna to Lagos,Ibadan – Lagos-Kano which will be reeling down to Gombe down and Yola will commence in no distance time.

Thousands of people who graced the occasion comprises of APC National officials,party stakeholders of Adamawa state including the SGF,Boss Gida Mustapha were elated to received massive support by the people of the state.
