APC stakeholders in Adamawa unites to Work for Buhari/Bindo

Hundreds of All Progressives Congress (APC) stakeholders of Adamawa state met Monday evening at the Government House banquet Hall,in a unity agreement resolved to actualize the victory of 2019 polls for President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindo of the state.

Secretary to the Government of the federation, SGF,Barr Boss Gida Mustapha is the leading Speaker revealed that Buhari and Bindo are coin of same face in terms of development in the State.

Gida who addressed the stakeholders in a marathon meeting that runs into late hours yesterday in preparation to the Bindo’s flag off campaign events scheduled to take place Tuesday (today) said the unity of the state is what will give them edge over any opposing Party.

While given score cards of President Buhari work in Adamawa,Boss base the achievements in terms of infrastructural development,employment generation and economy viable records of achievements, he said Bindo has equally done very well in the infrastructure development in the State that give him an automatic leverage to be the next governor of the State.

Speaker after speaker in words of affirmation they agreed to set aside all political differences to chart a way forward for Buhari and Bindo.

According to them they have no excuse not to work for Buhari or Bindo as they two leaders have done what it takes to give them second mandate of APC leadership.

Notable people in attendance are Sen Paul Wampana who announced his defection to APC during the meeting, Alh. Abdulrahaman Adamu,Alh Dauda Birma,Alh Dahiru Bobboi, Sen Silas Zwingina,Mr Dan Richard and Rt Hon James Barka.

Others are Amb. Fati Balla,Dr Aliyu Idi Hong,HE Saad MC Tahir,Barr Aliyu Ahmed Gulak,Mr Kobis Ari Thimnu,Rt Hon Hassan Turaki,Sen Binta Masi Garba and Dr Modibbo Ahmed.

Gov Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindo in his address to stakeholders, he considered them senior men and women that is not worthy to be their leader but God willed it because of His plans for the state.

In a state of humility, Bindo stressed that he will submit to the agenda he set to work for the people of the state not to selective people on the basis of tribe, religion or social background.

“Seeing the calibre of people gathered here I know I’m privileged to work for the people of this state. Giving me another four years I will only consolidate on what I have started on a more defined way.

” I can’t thank you enough for the support and prayers I always enjoy from each every one of you. One thing I’m sure and I know Adamawa state is an APC state that’s set to deliver Buhari and any other candidate. ” He said
