APC Congress: Council Chair praises Bindow for encouraging a free and fair Congresses
The Executive Chairman of Maiha Local Government,Alhaji Adi Aminu praised the ingenuity efforts of the Governor of Adamawa state, Sen Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow to insist on free and fair Congresses of the last Ward and LGA delegates election.
According to him Bindow has displayed the character of an exemplary leader and have to be commended for allowing a free leveling ground for all people to test their popularity.
He also commends the committee saddled with the responsibility of conducting wards Congress for being fair to all.
He Further reiterated that the ongoing internal fracas in the party leading to parallel Congresses in some states of the federation is a normal political struggle for democracy to thriving.
He however condemn the INEC and party officials for tempering with a list of authentic delegates from Maiha LGA and call the attention of the authority concern to take note.
“I want to say that the INEC and local government party officials have connived with the lawmaker representing us to tempering with an authentic list of the delegates where about eleven names were skewed omitted.” Aminu lamented
All efforts to reach out to the lawmaker representing Maiha prove abortive as all his telephone numbers were rang without picking and messages send to his phone were not replield.
